  • Work with http://www.pm.org people to keep mailing list working correctly, and repeatedly ask for changes (like an announcement-only list) that never materialize 8-}

  • Maintain content at http://spugwiki.perlocity.org, and seed and participate in discussions there
    • from 15 - 60 minutes
  • Maintain http://seattleperl.com web page
    • around 40 minutes
  • Manage http://mail.pm.org/mailman/listinfo/spug-list mailing list
  • Find speakers for meetings, and guide development of presentations as needed
    • averaging 90 minutes (highly variable)
  • Host pre-meeting dinners
    • about 1.5 hours
  • For fly-in speakers, collect at airport, install in hotel, shuttle to/from SPUG meeting, take back to airport
